This discipleship program aims to train believers in Yehoshua Messiah to follow Him. Our goal is to help you gain a deeper understanding of the Kingdom of God and the Hebrew mindset through Yeshua's Kingdom-focused Torah teachings.
Relationship
The Heart of True Messianic Discipleship
The foundation of true and substantive Messianic discipleship training requires the teacher to come alongside the student and help him/her find those essential elements that will strengthen, build, and grow his/her relationship with the Father through Messiah. Building and strengthening each disciple's relations with the Creator is what we strive to do in this program.
Accumulating knowledge is all well and good. However, at the end of the day, it all comes down to the integrity and depth of the disciple's relationship with Messiah and the Father in heaven. If the disciple does not come to intimately know Yehovah and Yeshua, any accumulated knowledge will have no true bearing on his/her relationship with them and the Body of Messiah.
The INAYP Discipleship Training Program Difference
INAYP differs from any other discipleship course that is presently on the world wide web because it takes the disciple from the simple accumulation of knowledge of popular Messianic concepts, ideals, and principles to where the disciple is taught how to apply and walk out those elements both within the Body of Messiah and in the world.
As a certified life coach, Hilary possesses the unique skills and experience to help the disciple of Yehoshua to identify his/her purpose and calling in the great work of the Kingdom, as well as provide the student with insights into those things that will deepen his/her covenant relationship with the Almighty.
The Key to True Messianic Discipleship Training
I have found that the key to a true, meaningful, and powerfully effective discipleship training regimen is its applicability. You see, it's one thing for a training course to encourage the student to accumulate rote information about the various elements, concepts, and principles of the Messianic Faith. But it's next-level learning when the student is led to gain a practical understanding of the discipleship course material. That is when the teacher comes alongside and trains the student to walk out those taught principles, elements, and concepts.
If the Body of Messiah is to be true to her Master's command, she must disciple the people entrusted to her.
The challenge is where to find competent yet meaningful discipleship training. Only a precious few messianic congregations offer sound discipleship training to their members. However, where does one who is not part of a physical Messianic congregation go to receive proper training?
If you were to conduct a simple Google search for Messianic Discipleship Training Programs, you will find a handful of organizations that provide their prospective students with various online training opportunities, ranging from classes providing a general overview or survey of the Messianic Faith to those that provide online degree programs that are focused on Messianic Judaism; to those that provide mainstream Christianity Theological education with a slight Messianic, Hebraic tenor added to their curriculum.

I presently live with my husband in Texas. I enjoy being a wife, mother to my three adult children, and grandmother to my three grandchildren. Most importantly, I am a servant and disciple of Yehoshua Messiah.
Twelve years ago, I began the "It's Not As You Perceive" online ministry, and I first created discipleship content through blogs and podcasts. Three years later, however, I was asked by my listeners and followers to start a discipleship program. I, of course, did just that. As a result, I began developing a curriculum and ultimately launched the INAYP Biblical Discipleship Program, primarily geared toward the women of the Messianic-Hebrew Roots Faith Communities. This, interestingly enough, evolved into an international student base.
As a lifelong learner, I personally completed an intermediate level of study in Biblical Hebrew through the Hebrew University in Israel. I am also a Certified Strategic Intervention Life Coach through the Robbins Madanes Training Center. Therefore, I also provide life coaching to my discipleship students from a uniquely Messianic Hebraic perspective. In addition, I have been a frequent speaker at various Hebrew Roots conferences and Church of God Feast Keepers congregations.
